Scotty Mac first on-stage performance fueled his passion and drive to pursue a career in music. During his first live performance, Scotty Mac expected a crowd of three hundred people to support his movement. Backstage he rehearsed rap lines from the track and completed a brief prayer before God. Scotty Mac walks onto the stage and only sees three people in the audience. Devasted beyond words can explain, Scotty Mac smiled and gave a “Michael Jordan” type performance. During his most embarrassing moment, Scotty Mac rose to the occasion and conquered fear.
Music raised Scotty Mac during his childhood, and by the age of 15 years old, he began crafting lyrics which would shape his legacy. Growing up in Amityville, NY Scotty Mac experienced notorious gang violence, drug dealing, aggressive racism, and economic oppression. Amityville’s population hovers around a meager 9,500, and 8.7% are African Americans. Against all the odds was the mentality of Scotty Mac and his music embodied a hustler’s spirit.
Scotty Mac launched his label in 2017 and never looked back. Scotty Mac Spotify Digital Catalog has generated over 350,000 streams within 18 months. Multiple countries including Brazil, Canada, Italy, United Kingdom, & the United States consistently stream the music of Scotty Mac.
Scotty Mac understands the “great expectations” of New York Hip-Hop. LL Cool J, Public Enemy, De La Soul, Eric B & Rakim, & more have created a legendary bridge for future millennial artists to cross. The movement of Scotty Mac continues to increase organically worldwide. Booking agents across the country are requesting the services of Scotty Mac and internationally the online buzz is electric.
Scotty Mac launched his clothing line, global merchandising brand, and music label. Scotty Mac understands the business elements needed to succeed and maintains the “Get Rich Or Die Tryin” mentality. The childhood memories of hardship, racism, gang violence, and more still shadow the mind of Scotty. Those intricate thoughts fuel his passion to dominate the world of music and create his wave of success. Scotty Mac is the New Wave Creator of Millennial Music.

The city of Union in South Carolina has a population of 8,211 people. The racial makeup of the town is 56.48% White, 42.12% African American, 0.24% Native American, 0.38% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.05% from other races, and 0.73% from two or more races. Within this small population, God created Doug Beaty aka CIXATE, and a future leader of Hip-Hop was born.  CIXATE’s childhood consisted of soul music, strong family ties, drug dealing, black suppression, and southern politics.
CIXATE cultivated his Hip-Hop skillset from memorizing lyrics from the Ghetto Boys, Scarface, Tupac, Snoop, & Notorious B.I.G. CIXATErhyming ability mesmerized his family members and sparked instant excitement from his local community. During his high school years, CIXATE heavily invested in his rap career and created an in-house recording studio. During these times the passion of CIXATE illuminated his raw talent for being a lyrical poet and rhyme slayer.
CIXATE received an invitation from a Def Jam Music label representative regarding featuring him on a major live performance show. CIXATE initially felt the opportunity was a blessing, however, it turned out to be a nightmare. CIXATE paid for the performance slot, plane tickets, & hotel for the event. The promoter scammed CIXATE and several other hard-working artists. The live event never happened and this moment became the gift and curse CIXATE needed to fuel beyond his pain. CIXATEre-established his finances and constructed a new blueprint for his Hip-Hop future. CIXATE launched his record label, hired staff, and became open for business in 2017.
CX8 Multimedia Group is the pure American Dream of Doug Beaty, and it operates several business ventures. The cool Millennial factor of CIXATE is that he’s six foot eight inches in height and his presence looms immensely over the Hip-Hop scene in South Carolina. CIXATEreleased his critically acclaimed debut single “I’m A King” in 2018 on all major digital platforms. The lead single “I’m A King” garnered immediate success online, and his Spotify audience extends to over 15 countries. The single has generated over 50,000 digital music streams including Spotify and Pandora. As a child, his parents would always tell him “you walk and talk as a KING.” CIXATE is fulfilling that prophecy and is the New Age Millennial Music KXNG.
